The Three Horseshoes

The Three Horseshoes

Traditional Canalside Pub

The Three Horseshoes is a traditional 16th Century pub just a few minutes from the busy A41 but tucked away down a narrow lane which opens out on to the Grand Union Canal. First impressions are breathtaking. It is quintessentially charming - full of beams, nooks and crannies and three inglenook fireplaces. In winter you will be greeted with roaring log fires. In summer enjoy dining al fresco on the peaceful canal side patio where you can while away the hours watching the boats sail through the swing bridge.

Traditional pub food is served all day, every day. Firm favourites like home made Steak and Ale Pie or Sausage and Mash are sure to tempt anyone looking for good wholesome fayre. On Sundays a full roast dinner is served with all the trimmings.

The well kept real ales are Bombardier, Directors and Eagle IPA with guest ales such as Rosey Nosey for Christmas. Premium lagers include Beck's and Erdinger. An extensive wine list is sure to include a favourite.

There is a small car park opposite the pub for 15 cars and an overflow car park for 100 cars 50 metres beyond the row of cottages.
